On January 20th 2021 Univ. Prof. Dr. Gerhard Mangott (Professor of International Relations at the department of Political Science, University of Innsbruck) talked with his colleague Mag. Matthias Penkin about Alexei Navalny, a prominent Russian opposition figure. Mr. Navalny, who reportedly has been poisoned by Russian federal agents in August 2020, was detained by Russian police forces on January 17th 2021, when he returned to Moscow after he had received medical treatment in Germany.
